Playtime - Do You Have a Halloween Costume Yet?

"Play is literally an opportunity for re-creation - an opportunity to re-create yourself. When you play with abandon, you enter into the present moment. You let go of the past and forget about the future. When you are playing, you lose track of time. The timeless domain of play is the realm of Spirit. Spirit is innately playful." -- Feng Shui Master Ken Lauher

I love any excuse for adults to dress up and have play time -- so Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays.  It is a chance  for all of us to let go of our identities a bit and engage the social landscape with more spaciousness and playfulness.

In that spirit, I'm curious  -- what identity will you all step into this weekend?

That's Awesome

A truly transformative costume!

Halloween is a celebration of Shadow energy..We embrace our over looked or ignored personality traits, at least for a day..I recommend Depak Chopra's segment in "The Shadow Effect"...

Speaking of spiritual guys,

I was totally Ghandi-ed up last year.
