Come together (from wherever you are) and take some time to offer and cultivate compassion for yourself and others. Designed for students of all levels, Rise and Shine Compassion Meditation is an opportunity for beginners to develop a regular practice, and experienced students to support and deepen their meditation.

Learning to become mindful and familiar with our body sensations and paying attention to our physical reactions can help with stress, pain, and self-acceptance. In this monthly workshop with experienced teacher Dan Cayer, you will learn to activate your body's natural relaxation response through practicing simple techniques.

Our monthly Half-Day Meditation Retreats are designed for new meditators, people who want to sit for a longer period of time without attending a full retreat, and an opportunity for experienced students to cultivate their practice.  We'll have periods of sitting and walking meditation, and time for discussion and Q&A.
